Ask whether the cleaner has public liability insurance, whether they bring their own products and equipment, and what happens if something is missed. For end-of-tenancy cleans, give them a copy of the check-in inventory so they know the standard expected.

How do I find cleaners near me?

How should I compare providers?
Look at the services each one specialises in, check any professional registration that applies, and read independent reviews. Then contact two or three directly and compare their answers, fees and how quickly they respond.
Does it cost anything to use the directory?
No. Searching and contacting businesses is free. Any fees are agreed directly between you and the provider you choose.
How do I add my business?
Use the List Your Business page to send us your details. Once reviewed, your profile appears in the relevant directory and in location searches.
