What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address and, where you provide them, your phone number, postcode, property details, business details and message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages securely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to process a request to list your business, and, where you ask for a valuation or contact a listed business, to pass your details to the relevant business so it can respond. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running the service.
We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Businesses you ask us to put you in touch with.
Service providers who process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (spam protection, see below).
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than an automated bot. Turnstile processes limited technical information from your browser for this purpose. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up questions, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us at hello@properties.co.uk. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
